About Us
Nonna & Pops started with two memories and a belief that good food should bring people together — not price them out of it.
In the late 1800s, Nonna immigrated to Pennsylvania and opened a grocery store. When money was scarce, she kept a ledger and fed her neighbors anyway.
Generations later, her granddaughter made her frittas for all 32 kids in the family, and the recipe stayed with us the way important things do — not written down, just felt. Years later, Nonna and her granddaughter were gone, but her great-grandson tasted pizza frittas again in Naples, Italy. Over a century of memories aligned, and that dish became the foundation of everything we're building.
Now we carry Nonna's spirit forward — generous portions, real ingredients, a place where lingering is welcome and the food actually fills you up.
We're a pop-up right now. A brick-and-mortar community gathering place is where we're headed. Come join our family.
